Comeback – Parin FC came from a goal down to topple Achimota Olympiakos 3-1 at the Alajo Astro Turf on Friday morning in the ongoing Accra North District Football Association [ANDFA] Division Three League.
Olympiakos stamped their authority in the game right from the blast of the referee’s whistle while demonstrating some delightful football.
It was no surprising therefore to the spectators when they [Achimota Olympiakos] took the lead in the first half through Forster Amertogbor whose free kick from the edge of the box hit the cross bar and entered the net for the first goal.
Clinton Amponsah of Parin FC equalized before the close of the first half to put both sides at level.
On resumption, Rapheal Tetteh put Parin FC ahead with an intelligent play.
Richmond Donkor made it three for Parin FC when he tapped in a perfect cross to seal victory for the Tantra Hill based side.
Parin FC remains on top of the table with 12 points and are in a good position to win the league.
